JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a top tier firm in South Africa, is looking for a UK qualified lawyer with banking & finance experience.
The successful candidate will get involved in numerous financial transactions within Africa. In most instances English Law is elected as being the governing law. Therefore we are seeking a lawyer who can draft and oversee agreements from an English legal perspective.
This opportunity will include experience in concluding cross-border transactional work in developing countries throughout Africa.
REQUIREMENTS
- UK qualified Lawyer
- Banking & Finance experience
- Good educational background
- International law firm experience preferred
- PQE: 3 - 7 years PQE
- Willing to relocate to Johannesburg, South Africa
