JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Technical Manager for Africa
• This is a hands-on position of which 75% is in the field / 25% is planning/reporting in the office – and involves extensive travel throughout the region.
• Commissioning of large rack + flight type machines and/or projects for which we provide support.
• Organize and implement systematic training program for dealer engineers (must increase the number and quality of trained service technicians throughout MEA).
• Support dealer engineers in the installation of large projects and Airline catering machines.
• Organize and implement systematic courtesy calls to Airline caterings and selected hotel chains.
• Provide over-the-phone technical support to dealer engineers.
• Ensure dealers have adequate spare parts stock.
REQUIREMENTS
• 25 to 35 years old
• Must be male in normal family situation.
• Presentable appearance.
• Spoken and written English language a must.
• Spoken and written French language a must.
• Spoken and written Arabic language a must
• Muslim male preferred due to requirement of entering Madinah and Makkah,
• Preferably with 3 years’ experience in Food Service Equipment or Laundry Equipment market with manufacturer or dealer and preferably within Export/Overseas markets.
