JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The interim CFO role is for a multinational operator group (listed in multiple locations) in a country operation that will be undergoing a sales process soon.
The interim CFO will be very much focused on day to day cash management and maximising/protecting value while the M&A team look to structure and close the deal. As it is an interim role, this is a position for someone either available immediately or with the minimum of notice periods (less than 1 month). Initial duration would be three months renewable with the potential for extension.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently be or have held Finance Director/CFO positions in a telecom operator
- Emerging markets experience
- Worked for a telecom operator
- Available immediately (within 4 weeks)
