JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is looking for a French-speaking BDS CADCAM/Imaging professional to join their operations in North Africa. This is a regional commercial role driving the growth of advanced dental CADCAM & Imaging solutions across North Africa. You will act as the technical and commercial bridge between the company, dealers, and customers.

Description
* Drive commercial and strategic initiatives across North Africa in close collaboration with regional leadership.
* Support product launches, sales training, marketing activities, and clinical education.
* Train dealers, manage dealer stock, and coach internal and partner sales teams.
* Support dental exhibitions, congresses, and key customer events.
* Collect and analyze market intelligence (competition, pricing, trends, distribution channels, new launches).
* Develop regional bundles and dental solutions in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
* Advise and support the implementation of regional pricing strategies.
* Share best practices across the regional and wider commercial organization.
* Support research into new business opportunities, markets, and products.
* Participate in commercial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Requirements:
A successful BDS CADCAM/Imaging professional should have:* Based in Morocco, Tunisia, or Algeria with regional mobility.
* French speaker (mandatory); English and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
* 3-5+ year's experience in Dental Equipment sales, specifically CADCAM & Imaging.
* Strong knowledge of CADCAM and dental imaging technologies
* Proven ability to conduct demonstrations, training, and manage dealers.
* Strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking.
* Education in Dentistry (preferred)
