JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client, a healthcare company, Swisslinx Executive Search is searching for an Executive Manager / General Manager to be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the operations of the company (around 60 people), with a focus on the revenues and cash. You will have full responsibility over the P&L - managing the P&L portfolio.
This is a senior role, reporting directly to the CEO in the head office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a senior role, managing a company
- Strong experience in Pharmaceutical / Medicine / Laboratory
- Excellent knowledge of profit and loss, financial data
- Proven leadership skills, able to manage a team
- Fluent in English and Turkish
