Leading Western FM consultancy is looking to hire a Facility Manager for Istanbul, Turkey.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the delivery of effective FM services, client expectations and client relations, with the objective of enhancing customer satisfaction. The overall role will be minimizing customer complaints and maximizing revenue and profitability of respective client account.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role the successful candidate would require:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in facilities management, of which minimum 3 years in the region.
- Planning and Analytical skills
- Very strong negotiating skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
