JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A Leading Real Estate Developer in Sharjah is currently looking for a full time 3D visualizer with 2-5 years of experience.

Ideal Candidate to posses the following skills:

• Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects.
• The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts.
• The ability to handle large projects and masterplans independently.
• The ability to achieve high-quality outputs and marketing materials in a variety of media.
• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
• Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Candidate must have the required relative certifications and Proficiency in the following:

• 3D Studio Max + V-Ray.
• Sketchup.
• Enscape.
• Lumion.
• Adobe Photoshop & Premiere.
• Knowledge of Revit, and AutoCAD (2D&3D).
