The opportunity
LockThreat is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive enterprise revenue growth across the Middle East (MEA) region. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role responsible for net-new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and closing complex enterprise deals.
This role is ideal for a seller who understands regional enterprise buying dynamics, thrives in consultative sales environments, and can confidently engage senior executives across risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and IT leadership.
Fluent Arabic (spoken, reading, and writing) and fluent English are mandatory for this role.
Requirements
What you'll do
Revenue & pipeline ownership
Own and drive net-new enterprise revenue across assigned Middle East territories
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner channels, and regional relationships
Execute end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery through contract close
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline
Enterprise deal execution
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise and regulated organizations
Conduct executive-level discovery and value-based selling conversations
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution positioning aligned to customer pain points
Navigate procurement, security reviews, legal, and compliance processes
Coordinate POCs, pilots, and evaluations as required
Regional market engagement
Develop deep understanding of Middle East regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements
Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Heads of Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Security
Represent LockThreat at regional events, conferences, customer meetings, and partner engagements
Work closely with regional partners and hyperscalers on co-sell opportunities
Cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Marketing to support regional campaigns and pipeline generation
Work with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful deal execution and customer handoff
Provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning
What we’re looking for
Experience
5–10+ years of B2B SaaS GRC sales experience, with a strong enterprise focus
Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
Experience selling into regulated industries and senior executive stakeholders
Prior experience selling GRC, compliance, risk, cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise software preferred
Demonstrated success selling within the Middle East / MEA region
Language requirements (mandatory)
Native or fluent Arabic – speaking, reading, and writing
Fluent English – speaking and writing
Skills & capabilities
Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and buying processes
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
