JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A multinational leading insurance company is now looking for a Business Development (Account Executive) to join their Abu Dhabi office.
- Identifying relevant business opportunities/potential clients.
- Contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Diagnosing the needs of potential corporate clients and recommending solutions.
- Client visits to present and promote products.
- Generating and servicing new accounts
- Negotiating and closing sales.
- Retaining existing clients/maintaining relationship and managing portfolio renewals
- Consistency in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Attending job related training and workshop to maintain & develop industry knowledge
Work Days: Sundays to Thursdays
REQUIREMENTS
- Always Striving for Excellence and ambitious with ability to work under pressure
- Target oriented with High Energy Levels
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Excellent English communication skills
- Expert in Microsoft specially in PPT
- Strong negation and closing ability
- Continuously demonstrate problem solving
- Familiar with UAE insurance industry, previously insurance experience preferred
- Prove track of sales record
Visit visa / Tourist Visa holder will not be considered for this job.
