JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Responsible for the development of sales through the direct sales channel.
- To develop a customers' portfolio in terms of turnover, market share, and prospects to ensure the best margin.
- Achieve targeted sales and profitability for the brand.
- To analyze each customer's revenue.
- To identify the actions to be taken for increasing the turnover (strategies/ incentives/ promotions)
- Set targets and draw up sales pitches.
- Examine the agreements profitability and commercial means used.
- Negotiation of terms of sales, volume, keymoney, sales targets, equipment required, and revenue share.
- Develop and implement an agreed expansion strategy for the brand.
- To meet the visit norms and their distribution per segment.
- Build on existing clients and new key accounts throughout the UAE; through effective business development activities and client relationship management.
- To anticipate and identify any growth opportunities.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold respinsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Where directed, identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts.
- Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans;
- Receiving and making after sales courtesy calls to key accounts to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Ensure that the brand operates within company policies and procedures at all times.
- Develop a marketing plan for the brand that will enhance the brand's image in the UAE.
- Regularly updated the website using internal web administration tools.
- Ensure visibility on social media.
- Coordinate with the PR agency, conduct events, and attend Hospitality events within the UAE
- Activate the E-Commerce for selling Shisha online.
- Ensure that the sales and profit contribution of the E-Commerce site – increase site traffic and brand awareness.
- Draw up a visit report after each appointment with the customers.
- Follow up the portfolio's of various agreements.
- Contribute to settle any-after sales claims in the shortest time.
- Ensure the enhancement of customers' loyalty.
- To ensure a quality of service and a commercial follow up within an environment based on trust.
- Maintain and develop accurate knowledge of assigned accounts and/or industries.
- Monitor competition practices very closely and communicate and relevant information.
- Ensure regular communication to the Operation Team on achievements and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, preferable with high-end brands or within the hospitality industry;UAE experience is a must
- Proven analytical skills.
- Ability to create, execute & implement plans.
- Well-versed in managing budgets and people.
- Good knowledge of Shisha industry is a plus.
High level of computer literacy including:
- Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word and particularly Excel.
