JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining a very strong relation with the existing and potential clients
- Managing existing clients and getting new business
- Strong understanding of the client requirements, and able to fill a proper clear brief for the rest of the team
- Being able to manage the accounts and projects
- To be able to act as a project manager with extensive project management experience
- Make sure that the technical proposal is being built correctly, and to build financial accordingly
- Work as a client strategic consultant with a full understanding of marketing tools which needs to be used accordingly
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Visit customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Strong English
- Strong experience in both advertising and event management
- Strong communication skills
