JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our recruitment solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Grow accounts assigned organically
• Establish business relationship with potential staffing customers in Abu Dhabi market.
• Serve customers, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs
• Submits quotes, pricing and technical and commercial submissions to prospect clients.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly ATC reports, and pipeline summary reports.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, service types, new service types, SLAs and TATs, process augmentation opportunities, etc.
• Write and Place job advertisements in internal and external job board.
• Coordinate with delivery center on resume standards and reflective of client requirements
• Ability to handle large and international accounts independently

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills in English [Both written and Spoken]
• At least 3+ years of experience in similar field
• Masters degree is preferred though a bachelor degree is a must
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and manage Multiple deadlines.
• The ability to work autonomous.
• Knowledge of local culture, laws and values.
