Within the companies continuous growth they now require an Account Manager for their Abu Dhabi location.

The main purpose of this role is to manage a panel of Distribution Partners to regularly exceed sales targets and sustain profitable growth and support the overall Middle East strategy. Additionally, there will be direct support to the Head of Branches to ensure the branch runs as efficiently as possible and to the standard of the company worldwide.

The Account Manager will promote the proposition and range of products offered by the company, understand the regulatory responsibilities and how the Distribution Partners can meet these, manage the internal control functions and ensure all requirements are met.

REQUIREMENTS

Our client is seeking an individual who can successfully achieve individual targets, goals and success criteria over a repeated timeframe, deliver performance year and year and someone who can embrace change willingly and effectively. There needs to be an ability to manage a high volume target, embrace effective customer relationship building and to act as a role model on company behaviours. Advanced sales, communication and presentations skills are paramount as are business planning skills, self-motivation, creative thinking and problem solving skills.
