JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

NTS Group are exclusively working with a leading Dubai based company to recruit an Account Manager for their Motors Division based in Dubai. The Account Manager will be reporting into the Team Lead and will be performing a mix of client facing and account management responsibilities.

- Manage and maintain a large existing client portfolio
- Meet with clients on a monthly basis when yearly contracts need to be renewed
- Review client accounts and highlight areas for improvement or areas where clients could be getting more out of their advertising
- Sell additional features to clients
- Be their point of contact within the company and their technical reference point
- Liaise with direct line manager for existing business appointment organization
- Achieve retention and growth targets

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in identifying upsell opportunities
- Comfortable handling cancellation requests and hold the ability to retain the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can understand client feedback and read between the lines
- Ability to influence others internally and externally
- Arabic speaker
- Working understanding of sales processes including questioning techniques, objection handling and closing methods
- 5+ years previous experience in Account Management/ Business Development client-facing roles
- Car & UAE driving license as this role requires you to attend many out-of-office meetings
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in classifieds or motors industry desirable
- Natural desire to succeed
- Proven track record of achieving success whilst working in a targeted and high pressure environment
