JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a international provider of reward solutions, is seeking an Account Manager for their team in Dubai.
Reports to Retail/Hospitality Account Director.
Must have 5 years+ experience from agency/client side in marcoms and analytics/reporting, ideally with retail/hospitality clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience in B2C loyalty from agency/client side
- Must have full 360 account management experience- operational understanding, strategy and creative
- Must possess strong presentation skills
- Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking
- Strong enthusiasm and knowledge of loyalty programs and CRM
