JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Maximize volume and revenue in the current key accounts
• Responsibility for acquiring new accounts in the UAE.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to meet our objectives, business, and sales plans for each of our products Especially in the HORECA and wholesale sectors
• Provide input into the setting of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends
• Build customer relationships that enhance our position and profitability and demonstrate an ability to maintain and grow senior-level customer relationships across multiple customer functional areas
Requirements:
• +5 years of FMCG sales experience in HORECA and wholesale segments• Proven Track Record of achieving sales Targets
• Build & maintain strong collaborative customer relationships to deliver preferred supplier status
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in Sales or Marketing or any other relevant discipline
• Have a valid driving license and be willing to travel
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
