JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To provide financial and administrative services to the Group Finance Department. This will be a temporary position for 4 months, starting in November 2015.

Principal Accountabilities
- Prepare Monthly bank reconciliation and ensure all the bank transaction are timely recorded on proper bank account.
- Maintaining Fixed asset(addition/retirement) records
- GL analysis and reconciliation
- Recording of journal vouchers
- Monthly amortization of prepayment
- Bonus and cost allocation accrual
- Directors remuneration accrual
- Interest accrual and current portion of loan

Monthly closing
- HFM upload and validation clearing
- Results analysis
- Preparing monthly reports

- Budgeting
- External Audit (corporate account - Preparing FS and audit schedules)
- Ad-hoc assignment and assist the team in day to day accounting works.

REQUIREMENTS

- People skills including decision making and collaborating with internal and external parties.
- Good oral and written English communication.
- Proficient in Office application with sound knowledge in Oracle application.
- BSc in Accountancy or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years industry experience
