JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Ensure timely and accurate posting, balancing and reconciliation of general ledger.
- Review and record journal entries.
- Assist with completion of quarterly and annual reports.
- Research and reconcile discrepancies.
- Accurate and timely production of financial information.
- Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls.
- Prepare year to date cash flow.
- Maintain bank accounts and review bank statements.
- Periodical data backup.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a qualified Accountant with a masters degree in accounting / ACCA or similar professional qualifications.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience working within UAE.
- Must be well versed with Accounting principles and record keeping.
- Hands on with accounting software.
- Must be a quick learner and a team player.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
