Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a leading machinery distribution company based in Dubai. As they continue to expand their operations, they are in need of a dedicated Accountant to join their vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct regular financial analysis and budgeting activities
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Develop and improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations
- Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
