• Handling collection / Managing Accounts Receivable and Payables
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Maintaining proper Bookkeeping and recording of transactions
• Assist manager for yearend closing.
• Prepare different periodic MIS reports.
• Assisting manager in preparation of annual budgets.
• Maintaining log of PDCs and ensuring proper deposits into accounts.
• Review receivables ageing and follow up with the customers for outstanding amounts for rent & cooling charges including Notices for non-payment.
• Bank reconciliations for all accounts.
• Verification of all income and expense items.
• Collection of Cheques from New Clients & Existing client for New Contracts & replacement of Cheques
• Daily deposit of cheques into bank from PDC register.
• Ensuring correctness and accuracy of entries and contracts posted in software.
• Updating receivable report and following-up for outstanding balance
• Prepare LPO’s
• Reconciling related parties’ balances
• Reconciling inventory reports
• Assist manager in internal & external audits.
• Any ad-hoc task as management requires.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
