Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing support to the administrative functions of the company. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure that financial records are maintained accurately.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, travel arrangements, and general support to the team.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and HR functions is a plus.
