Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe.

Job Description:
• Screen and handle disbursement accounts (FDA's) on behalf of the group. This involves checking received invoices against the tariff and making sure charges are correct.
• Coordinate together with operations team to make sure no cost is left out.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Follow up with our offices to ensure quick turnaround of files to accounts team.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree of finance related course
• Background in marine related business such as marine shipping, port agency, logistics mainly on shipping is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in using accounting software and MS Excel
