Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions
- Year End financial for multiple entities
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have experience in MS Dynamics BC or NAV Accounting system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA, CA, ACCA or any similar certification is required
