JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant cum Coordinator to manage accounting operations, coordinate inter-departmental activities, and ensure efficient handling of accounts payable, receivable, and inter-company transactions. The role requires proficiency in ERP systems like Odoo and effective communication with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
• Manage supplier accounts, payments, tax tracking, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department and handle supplier communications.
• Maintain reports, guarantees, and track payments.
Accounts Receivable:
• Track invoice submissions and collections with project teams.
• Monitor contract payments, guarantees, and insurance.
Inter-Company Billing:
• Oversee inter-company contracts, invoices, and reconciliations.
Reporting & Coordination:
• Track costs, collaborate with teams for WIP values, and assist in audits.
• Update KPIs and maintain relevant reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Proven experience in a similar role (contracting or construction industry preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• 4-5 years of experience.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
