JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
-Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare financial reports/statements in compliance with IFRS and GAAP.
-Manage accounting documents, vouchers, and supporting records while ensuring compliance with VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
-Support audits and regulatory requirements, including corporate and government documentation.
-Coordinate financial aspects of tenancy agreements, contracts, and real estate transactions.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field-At least 2 years’ UAE experience in similar role
-Must be proficient in IFRS, GAAP, VAT, and Corporate Tax
-Internal audit experience is a plus; with knowledge of PACT, Tally ERP, or other Financial/Real Estate Management Systems
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
