JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Preparing quotations, Proforma, tax invoices and recording all payments received accurately.
- Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records on a regular basis.
- Ensuring accurate and timely VAT filings and maintain compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required- A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an accountant in real estate industry and requires strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Must have strong knowledge of financial statements, VAT, and account reconciliation.
