JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Support in the development of monthly/quarterly/annual/5-years business planning process
• Assist in monthly/quarterly budgeting, reporting and variance analysis – ensure all reporting packages are submitted to Head Office on schedule
• Handle Monthly Account Closing of the MEA region
• Liaise with suppliers, banks, and other external stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and consolidate financial models and templates to support the regional forecasting, planning & strategic business plan activities
• Automate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting processes to achieve business objectives
• Manage the cash flow of ME operations – verify and approve all cash expenses and payments
• Monitor customers’ accounts for due invoices, over credit limit and late payments
• Prepare ad hoc reports required on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Facilitate Internal and External annual audit
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with an internationally recognized qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA – Western educated preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
• Excellent ability to multitask and good analytical skills
• Must be immediately available and on sponsor’s visa
