JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to serve as the Accountant and Admin for our women's fitness club in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial support, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. They will also be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the club, including administrative tasks, customer service, and membership management.
• Manage all financial activities including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Reconcile financial accounts and statements
• Prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and records
• Implement financial policies and procedures
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the club
• Prepare reports for management
• Visa, Residency, ID and Medical Insurance
• Weekend Off/Rest
• Required Training Provided
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environment

Inside the Club are private Personal Training rooms where our clients train with their trainer in a private setting, either by themselves or in their group of 2-5 ladies. Each room is equipped with high - quality functional exercise equipment, including kettlebells, VIPRs, TRX, Medicine Balls, Strength Bags, Boxing Equipment and more. All Personal Training rooms have bathrooms inside, making the experience even more comfortable and private for our clients.
