JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Assistant who will handle both accounting duties and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage company expenses.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
• Provide support to the management team with various administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Tagalog, with strong communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and practices is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
