JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Receive and process payments from customers using cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payment methods.
• Verify and reconcile cash amounts received to ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and issue receipts as per company policies.
• Assist in preparing cheques for payments to vendors, suppliers, or other parties.
• Maintain a secure cash register and follow established cash handling procedures.
• Record daily transactions accurately and enter financial data into accounting software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with purchases.
• Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and checking merchandise deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Accounts; additional education in accounting is a plus.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in real estate
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic accounting principles.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
