JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description
Compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements. Client invoice preparation.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements for clients according to company procedures.
Coordinate the handling of freight logistics and the movement of robots along with necessary minor repairs.
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Responsible for verifying all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase delivery note and that the agreed quantity has been received.
Monitor and take inventory on a periodic basis to compile orders based on requirements.
Accurately update all data into computer and manual recording systems (scanning and uploading documents).
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report these to concerned internal staff and maintain record keeping.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse inventory and logistics.
- Preferable to have a UAE driving license.
- Hardworking and committed.
