JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Capable of handling the A to Z of accounting operations including, but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and internal controls alongside our existing accountant.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
• Support management by providing insights into financial processes and improving efficiencies.
• Liaise with external financial institutions for day-to-day financial matters.
• Collaborate with external auditors for monthly and annual audit processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in export/import or trade-related industries.• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
