JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with expertise in both receivable and payable functions to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the below;

- Record all account transaction on daily base.
- Settle all petty cash.
- Follow up with AR accounts.
- Follow up with AP Accounts.
- Record the costing of the cars.
- Prepare the monthly closing entries.
- Record all direct and indirect expense.
- Prepare the sales invoices with full attached documents.
- Prepare the Tax reports.
- Record and reconcile the refundable deposits and insurance.
- Reconcile the related parties account and be sure the transactions are recorded from all parties.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven work experience as an Accountant with a focus on accounts receivable and payable
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- 5 years, preferably in the automotive field

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
