JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Stock Controller to manage workshop inventory, parts reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting activities. This role is critical to supporting the financial and operational efficiency of our automotive repair facility.
Only candidates with experience in the automotive industry (garage or spare parts) will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels, incoming/outgoing spare parts, and update inventory records.
• Track and reconcile parts issued to technicians against job cards.
• Handle invoicing, supplier payments, and petty cash.
• Record daily sales, expenses, and prepare basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with the workshop team for material requests and stock usage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support physical stock audits.
• Assist with monthly closings, VAT calculations, and accounting records.
Requirements:
• Mandatory: Experience in automotive sector (garage, spare parts, or service center).• Knowledge of workshop operations and stock control processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
