JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Financial reporting accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to the leadership team. The role aims to strengthen the finance department by emphasizing analytical and regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed financial analysis for management review.
- Oversee and manage all general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Strengthen internal control systems.
- Support audit preparation and ensure all processes are documented.
- Collaborate with the Financial Manager on developing a clear financial strategy.
- Identify opportunities for financial growth and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Handle financial aspects of specialized projects, including expansions.
- Develop long-term financial models for planning and future growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred).- Proven experience in accounting, financial management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
