JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading consumer brands business, is looking for a professional and experienced Accounting Manager to join their Finance and Accounting team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Group Accounting Manager this person will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger.

Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited too:

Provide the financial information for the management.
Responsible for the maintenance of the balance sheet.
Cash flow, forecasting, profit & loss account.
Coordination between account managers of joint ventures, subsidiary companies, partnership companies.
Provide financial advice to the other departments where necessary
This is a key position of the group finance and will be deputize group accounts manager during his absence.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should poses the following skills and attributes:

At least 7 years experience 3 of which should be at a managerial level.
Previous FMCG, distribution or manufacturing experience.
ARABIC SPEAKER.
Candidates must have UAE experience.
