Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries, fee receipts, and invoice tracking.
  • Record student payments, follow up on dues, and issue reminders when required.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash transactions and supplier payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Assist during audits, report preparation, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain physical and digital accounting files in an organized, retrievable manner.
  • Support the branch admin team with documentation, vendor coordination, and occasional front-desk tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts or admin roles, preferably in an education or service-based environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks preferred).
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.
