JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Manage the B2B payments for suppliers and partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Handle communication and coordination with suppliers regarding payment-related inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the senior finance manager to work on the monthly books closing, including reviewing account entries and reconciling statements.
• Work closely with the treasury function to ensure efficient cash flow management.
• Assist in the implementation of new ERP systems, including data migration and process improvement.
• Utilize accounting software tools such as Xero to record and maintain financial transactions.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Chartered accounting qualification is a must.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in an accounting role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and in person, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero, and familiarity with ERP systems.
