JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Administrative:
- Assist with printing of project Submittals and O&M Manuals
- Receive visitors
- Perform all administrative shipping, including FEDEX and other
- Admin: filing, mail, travel arrangements etc.
Human Resources:
- Company PRO
- Liaison between US and UAE office
- Admin: HR - vacations, medical, new employees etc.
- New Employee Work Visas
Accounting:
- Liaison between US and UAE office
- Accounting admin: AP/AR, bank, budgets, invoicing etc.
ISO:
- Keep all documents/forms/jobs up to standard for ISO
* BioAir may assign other assignments for which you are deemed capable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting from an accredited College/University preferred, with minimum five years’ experience in office management
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office software, and very proficient in WORD and EXCEL
- Have strong organizational, documentation, and writing skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Have a professional aptitude & positive “can do” attitude
- Have good command of the English language
- Able to reside in the UAE in the vicinity of Sharjah
- Valid UAE Driver’s License
