Charterhouse is excited to offer an internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Dubai team as an Admin and HR Intern. This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience within a global staffing and recruitment agency.
The Admin and HR intern will support the Charterhouse consultants across both the Recruitment and Outsourcing divisions of the business. The role responsibilities would range from advertising roles and screening CV’s to assisting with employee onboarding and visa applications, records management, document collation, answering employee queries and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should be in the process of completing higher education or already holding a degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field. The candidate must have strong customer service skills, be an exceptional communicator in English language, both written and verbal, and ready to proactively contribute to the success of a thriving and fast-paced business. Charterhouse is looking to hire someone with strong organisation skills and great attention to detail, ready to thrive under pressure and demonstrates a sense of urgency.ABOUT THE COMPANY
