JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Admin and Operations Assistant to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing a variety of HR, personnel, IT, and office administrative tasks.
- Providing support for employee administration, visa, and general inquiries.
- Monitor and manage monthly office expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute company events.
- Assist in coordinating marketing-related events and managing marketing materials.
- Responsible for daily operations of the company's training center ensuring fully equipped and functional for training sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, admin, and operations.
- Experience in the payroll process, offboarding, and terminations.
- Experience with financial management and budgeting.
- Experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and events planning.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and other relevant government policies.
