Alpha Flight Group Limited is a leading provider of innovative catering and retail services at several international airports. Alpha Flight Services UAE LLC is a dynamic food service company employing 500 employees, operating both business to business services as well as a wide range of generic branded consumer food and beverage outlets. This company is based at Sharjah International Airport.
We currently have an exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced and qualified Admin Assistant to join our successful business.
To perform a variety of functions that supports the service delivery and financial transactions of airline and non-airline catering to the customers.
• Cascades and manages all communications between operations, kitchen, telesales, operations administration support to ensure on time a full delivery of all items
• Responsible for controlling all administration relating to flights, and manages the database to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all customers
• Generates pro-forma invoices to customer where such agreement exists
• Collates, updates and distributes the flight schedules to the operations catering team that enables effective service delivery
• Receives and handles all Air Arabia on-line meal requests and is responsible for the management of orders to the kitchen
• Uses customer based software to track on line orders, and to share passenger numbers with the revenue analyst
• Receives and reconciles large volumes of cash against invoices issued to customers
• Prints out standard dry store inventories for flights, distinguishing between short and long haul sectors
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
