Position Title: Admin Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the Training Institute in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
- Perform secretarial duties a Corporate Personal Assistant, as per manager’s direction.
- Act as clerical relief, when required.
- Liaise with manager and senior staff to handle Public Relation issues.
- Perform Receptionist and Cashier duties, as per manager’s direction.
- Perform Human Resource Coordinator duties, as per manager’s direction.
- Coordination between facility staff (medical and non-medical), as per manager’s direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Post-high school level of Education, Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Administration, Business or Public Relations
- At least 3 years’ experience as secretary, administration, and office support preferably from a hospital background
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft, MS Excel, and PPP skills
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
