JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to support their team and enhance the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment, managing supplies, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and communication tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
