JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Provide daily administrative support to the Fleet Manager and team.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, insurance, licensing, and registration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by keeping up-to-date documentation.
• Organize and manage files related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitor inventory levels of fleet-related supplies (e.g., fuel cards, maintenance tools).
• Order supplies as needed, ensuring the department remains fully stocked.
• Input data related to fleet performance, usage, and expenses.
• Generate routine reports, including fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and cost analysis.
• Liaise with service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Track and confirm completed services, verifying invoices for payment processing.
• Assist with dispatching vehicles, ensuring availability and readiness for operational needs.
• Coordinate with drivers for routine inspections and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
• UAE or Gulf experience is mandatory.• Nationality: Indian, Nepali, Pakistani.
• Work location: Abu Dhabi.
• Salary is all-inclusive. The company will provide only transportation, medical, and visa.
• 3-5 years minimum work experience in Admin
Salary:
AED
3,100 to 3,600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
