JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Admin Assistant/Secretary Up TO 20K AED for a Leading Stock Exchange in Abu Dhabi
• Responsible for providing a complete secretarial and administrative support to Head of Finance and Management Affairs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform any additional tasks or duties, relevant to job role, as may be required by line manager in line with business needs
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to any nationality, preferably Arabic
• Female, 35 y/o below
• At least with High School Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any relevant course
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in drafting correspondences, contracts, and business documents
• With strong business communication writing skills
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) w/ good interpersonal skills
• Can join immediately (1-month max)
• Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Salary up to 20,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
