JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assist in customer inquiries and provide information about our facilities and services in both Tagalog and English.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring timely access to needed information.
- Support the team with correspondence, data entry, and report generation as required.
- Coordinate facility bookings and special events, ensuring all arrangements are executed smoothly.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring excellent communication with both staff and customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably within the recreational or customer service industries.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude, able to address challenges proactively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
