JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Coordinates the provision of office and staff support services to the office, and oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events.
• Manage files, record systems, office supplies and inventory.
• Handle updates, prepares and coordinates all company passports receiving, delivering and keep maintained records as company procedure.
• Process paperwork for employees or customers as appropriate.
• Always keep records, files for your works maintained and cleaned and accessible.
• Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external department on a range of specified issues.
• Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.
• Responsible for documents and files of your documents.
• Maintains computerized information systems and data base.
• Takes notes and types various documents such as correspondence, reports, memos, Signs certain documents related to your department.
• Perform related work as required.
• Maintains personnel files and completes documentation for payment, postings, appointments, promotions, nominations, absences, and other administrative forms.
• Explains procedures to follow.
• Ensures that deadlines are met.
• Performs any extra duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Age should not exceed 45 years.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years+ of experience in administration or secretarial role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic .
• Flexibility in multitasking.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks, excellent time management and proactive problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy: MS Office applications.
• Presentable personality, Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
