Position Title: Admin Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An industry leader in promoting eco-friendly business practices and solutions based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Prepare and submit financial reports/returns on monthly basis/quarterly and annual basis.
• Work with the office Accountant in issuance of reports and documents accordance to IFRS, cheques, deposits & monthly budget.
• Assist Accountant on Company tax returns preparation.
• Office management and administrative functions such as logistics – receiving, sending out documents and deliveries; accepting visitors/walk in.
• Handles personal matters of the GM – other admin tasks as assigned such as calendar of appointments reminder, reviewing documents/reports, shipments coordination and follow ups etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipina
• 25 to 38 years old
• At least 2 years of UAE experience as an Admin Assistant
• Only immediately available candidates will be shortlisted
