We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high level of administrative support to management and ensure efficient operation of the office. The Admin Executive will play a key role in facilitating the smooth running of the day-to-day business activities and will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the management team
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meetings and presentation
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Submit and reconcile reports
- Provide general support to visitors, clients and suppliers
- Act as the point of contact for any inquiries, communication and transaction with the management

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
